mWSF06 - The 2006 edition
This year's theme couldn't be anything but "Security in mobility." Computers were stand-alone entities in the 1970s and then networked until the last decade. But at present, most networks are mobile, with nodes joining an leaving the scene at unpredictable pace. This recent scenario brings to life an unforseen variety of security concerns, ranging from availability to traceability, from policy outsorcing to guarded execution. There's a variety of beta-solutions boiling down the pot at present, and this meeting will not only survey them but provide some simulative evidence that they can be viable.
