| 1- FOIS online presenter | €250,00 | €250,00 | €300,00 | This is the option if you present a paper at FOIS online (September 4-5, 2025) and you do not plan to take part in the on-site conference. |
| 2 – Full registration (on-site) | €650 | €650 | €750 | It grants access for the whole week of events in both JOWO (September 8-9) and FOIS (September 10-12). This registration is the best option if you plan to stay for the entire week. The author registration deadline applies only if you are presenting a paper at the main track of FOIS. |
| 3 – Only JOWO (on-site) | NOT ELIGIBLE | €350 | €450 | It grants access for the 2-days of JOWO on September 8-9, 2025. It is the best option for attending only JOWO workshops. It does not grant access to FOIS on-site. |
| 4 – Day pass (on-site) | NOT ELIGIBLE | €200 | €250 | It grants access to the single day you book for. It is not a valid option if you present a paper at the FOIS main track. It does not grant access to the social dinner. |
| 5 – Student (on-site): | NOT ELIGIBLE | €330,00 | €380,00 | It grants access to all FOIS and JOWO events. Students must prove their status at the time of registration by uploading a valid certificate of enrolment in a study program. |
Instructions
- Each accepted paper in the main track of FOIS must have a registered author with a registration of either TYPE 1 for FOIS online or TYPE 2 for on-site presentations.
- Student Fee: it applies to students who wish to attend events or present papers in tracks other than the FOIS main track. Students presenting in the main FOIS track must register with either TYPE 1 or TYPE 2 registration.
- All types of registration provide access to FOIS online.
- Speakers are warmly invited to bring a USB flash drive containing their presentation slides to use with the computers provided by the local organizers.
- Deadline for on-site registrations: 31 August 2025
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations made by 8 August 2025 will receive a full refund minus a EUR 70,00 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after this date.
- No-shows will not be eligible for refunds
