On this page, you can find all relevant information regarding the registration to FOIS 2025 and JOWO 2025<\/strong>. TYPE <\/strong><\/td>Registration Fees
(until June 25, for authors of main track<\/u>)<\/strong><\/td>		Early Registration Fees (until July 25)<\/strong><\/td>Late Registration Fees (from July 26)<\/strong><\/td>Description<\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
1- FOIS online presenter<\/strong><\/td>\u20ac250,00<\/td>\u20ac250,00<\/td>\u20ac300,00<\/td>This is the option if you present a paper at FOIS online<\/strong> (September 4-5, 2025) and you do not plan to take part in the on-site conference.<\/td><\/tr>
2 – Full registration (on-site)<\/strong><\/td>\u20ac650<\/td>\u20ac650<\/td>\u20ac750<\/td>It grants access for the whole week of events in both JOWO <\/strong>(September 8-9) and FOIS <\/strong>(September 10-12), included welcome receptions, coffee breaks, lunches, and social dinner.

This registration is the best option if you plan to stay for the entire week.
The author registration deadline applies only if you are presenting a paper at the main track of FOIS.

3 – Only JOWO<\/strong> (on-site)<\/strong><\/td>NOT ELIGIBLE<\/td>\u20ac350<\/td>\u20ac450<\/td>It grants access for the 2-days of JOWO<\/strong> on September 8-9, 2025, and includes welcome receptions, coffee breaks, and lunches.

It is the best option for attending only JOWO workshops. It does not grant access to FOIS on-site.

4 – Day pass (on-site)<\/strong><\/td>NOT ELIGIBLE<\/td>\u20ac200<\/td>\u20ac250<\/td>It grants access to the single day<\/strong> you book for and includes access to welcome reception (if any), coffee breaks, and lunch for the selected day.

It is not a valid option if you present a paper at the FOIS main track.
It does not grant access to the social dinner.<\/td><\/tr>
5 – Student (on-site):<\/strong>
<\/td>		NOT ELIGIBLE<\/td> \u20ac330,00<\/td> \u20ac380,00<\/td>It grants access to all FOIS<\/strong> and JOWO<\/strong> events, and includes access to welcome receptions, coffee breaks, lunches, and social dinner.

Students must prove their status at the time of registration by uploading a valid certificate of enrolment in a study program.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
