The papers presented at the Combinatorics 04 will be published in a special issue of Discrete Mathematics.

Note that Discrete Mathematics does not publish conference proceedings as such, but only collections of journal-quality papers that happen to have presented at conferences.

Papers for publication in this special issue should be submitted to the local organizers not later than November 30, 2004.
