Research

My research interests lie in the area of Biomedicine and Bioinformatics, Database, Data Mining and optimization problems for graphs and generic metric spaces. In such fields I am coauthor of a number of research papers.

I am in the  Catania-New York University research group leaded by Professor Alfredo Ferro and Professor Dennis Shasha. I am also in  the Bioinformatics group at university of Catania leaded by Professor Ferro and  Professor Michele Purrello.
