Research

I’m a full professor in Geometry at University of Catania.

My research is primarily in commutative algebra and algebraic geometry. It mainly focuses on the Hilbert functions, minimal graded and multigraded free resolution of schemes of distinct points and fat points whose support lies in Pⁿ, in P¹xP¹ and in multiprojective spaces P^n_1x...xP^n_k.
